I prefer tekken because combos are so much easier to do than soul caliber

Soul Calibur without a doubt...Tekken is way too S-L-O-W imho...I prefer my beat-m-ups in a higher pace, although i wouldnt know if Tekken got better since 3; that really turned me off so badly - i actually returned the game to the VGstore the same day (only time ever i actually used the 24-hour return option for software!)

both are great but the graphics i should go for tekken...tekken have 12345 and they have tag...in soul calibur they have only one...but its great to play

soul caliber beats tekken easily. soul caliber has great graphics engine and battle engine, very good game in terms of stimulating player controls.

i would have to go with tekken. lots of counters and reversals in that game. makes it more realistic. the graphics of tekken 5 are great

I'd have to say Soul Calibur. I mean, even though using weapons is kinda cheap, I'd rather be playing that than Tekken but that does have certain modes that Soul Calibur doesn't have, like Tekken Force on the fourth one and Devil Within on the fifth version of Tekken.

Soul Calibur, without a doubt. I love that game-I've been playing the series since I was 8 years old. I'm an addict through and through. My favourite character is, and always will be, Seung Mina. I refuse to write it as Seong Mi-na, because I prefer the original spelling.

DOA owns both of them, but out of these two, Soul Calibur. Neither are two impressive, but I really hate Tekken.

DOA2 was boring because you had to master those dumb counter-attacks >_>. It's a tie for me. Tekkens require more skills, while in Soul Caliburs you can just smash the buttons to win. If I get bored to button smashing, then I switch to Tekken or vica versa.As for story, Tekken ftw. Soul Calibur has great story as well, but I think King of Iron Fist Tournament and Mishima Zaibatsu are more interesting. Both games have great characters with good stories. My personal favorites are Lee Chaolan, Jin Kazama, Lei Wulong in Tekkens and Astaroth, Seung Mina, Raphael in Soul Caliburs.

its really hard but tekken has more travel fght and i lik etravel fight while soulcalibar has awesome moves and sayings really hard

Soul Blade series has always been amazing to me.Tekken has always just been a decent fighter.
