Burns must have tossed Bobo away around 1910s and it washed up in New York in 1919 where Lindbergh took it to Paris and Hitler had the bear up till 1945 at the end of WWII. Then it was found 1993-1994, the years the episode was shown.

That was the second logo. There was one shown before that (accidentally) as the camera zoomed into Maggie hugging Bobo. Question is still open.Q633: When Bart gave Bobo to Maggie after he brought it home, what did the first logo say? (1 point)

That wiki article must be incorrect, since I've seen this episode many times and have seen Nixon being let in and another president denied entry. Also, I checked the wiki article for the episode and that has the correct answer.Are you sure? Because this is what I found in Wiki under Montgomery Burns:
