I'm not sure but Burns throws the grenade about a foot or two in front of himself and it explodes. The gas makes him looney and he starts singing, "singing in the rain."

Partly correct. Burns didn't sing "Singing in the rain."Clue: The line he sang had something to do with the gas.

Bart got expelled from school because he hit Superintendent Chalmers with the tractor. That's after, he escaped from the supplies closet that Skinner locked-up the bad kids in.

it starts with the intro, then you see the mouse dude (hes scratchy right?) bang the cat (itchy i think) about 5 times and then bart and lisa make a comment and then they say something along the lines of "kids dont take drugs" and the show ends
