I definitely prefer Pokemon, as honestly, I'm one of those people who see Digimon as a rip off of Pokemon. Plus, I've always thought Digimon looked really weird.o-o

I really really liked Digimon it was pretty original and came up with different things each season (eg. the spirit evolution stuff) whereas pokemon really was the same thing over and over only with new characters and new pokemon. I do like both of them alot but i'll have to say pokemon is better. It always had a better franchise

Ahh... Digimon is my choice. I like the graphics, animation and all that, plus the storyline in pokemon is lame. I mean, Ash goes around the world, Rocket comes and try to get the lousy Pikachu, Ash sends them blasting off again. Too repititive. Digimon, on the other hand, every season has something new, new storyline, new evolutions, etc. That's why i vote Digimon.

Pokemon, FTW. I'd rather them not be able to speak. As irritating as it is sometimes, I think it would be even more irritating if they could talk like Digimon could. Plus, spell check even prefers Pokemon over Digimon. So yeah... haha.

My vote is sort of split.As far as animes go I would vote for Digimon.Game wise I would pick Pokemon.Though the Digimon anime, sort of went south after the first season rather quickly.

How can you say that? Have you seen the in-training forms and baby forms?Search up demiveemon! In my opinion, He is way cuter than pichu (and thats saying something)Pokemon!!!!! pokemon has much more cute animal things and in pokemon they can switch between characters

I'll have to say no to both of them. Because both the series went on a little "money-making goal" and making everything seem repeatitive--most famously with Pokemon. As with Digimon--it's becoming another Pokemon series of its own. Only the first seasons/games from each series were truly good.

true but i do believe digimons better, there are more adult themes and concepts in digimon tho the constant trivial agumon digivole to ....... ga lol the animation is awesome its jus the constant babble that urks me. but pokemon does posses the same repetition team rockets desperate attempts the miraculous concoctions of robots and traps to catch a single pikachu lol serious. there games are diffrent but each wit there own highlights. digimon was actually the first to go to the higher consoles lolPkemon is the best

pokemon by far!this could be biassed however as pokemon was what i saw first and i though digimon was sort of a rip off.But i do like :Dbut both were better with their ORIGINAL series. The newer ones are terrible. They are running out of ideas andrepeating oldones and should stop producing!!!

the name your looking for is myotismonYa Digimon first season was the best, the final battle against.. ahh can't remember his name. The black angel dude was awesome.. And when we first saw Skull greymon
i completely disagree the fourth season was ok but the ending was wicked ( sasoonamon vs. lucemon) oh yeah tottaly awsome however in aspect of what happened in the third series the fourth series sucked eggs but the third season ending wasnt the greatest either at least in the other series they got to stay with their digimonWell Firstly, My brothers and i are freaks in both, and we could almost tell you every detail, and we like both, but frankly i would go for digimon. y, cos the songs are soooooooooo powerfull. i listen to the japanese audio and they speak in jap with Mandarine subs (I can read them!!!
) I got lots of them. the third series is my fav series, lots of technicals, but for songs, my fav is Second series.I Disagree, cos i saw all 4 seasons and the only reall crappy one is the fourth one. Like what? Power Rangers are back????!?!Best one gotta be third Season, since it's got lots of technical stuff, and it has more depth than all the others. the limitations are big as well, cos they can evolve, then need to wait for a while to de-volve. it is good for these irregularities as it is interesting to watch them trying to solve the problem. Card Slash really makes it look like it's name, Digimon Tamers.

pokemon..in digimon games you cant catch any digimon, you can evolve in battle only just to come back to normal half minute later....and there arent much choice of digimons at all..

I prefer Digimon. The anime was always so much better, with an actual plot and likable characters. Pokemon has some many opportunities to improve, and instead sticks to the same old boring formula (both in games and in the anime).Oh, and Digimon World 1 and 2 > any pokemon game (aside from 1st gen/1st gen remakes)
