Pokemon is better- simply because Pikachus pwns all.JK... anyways... I do like Pokemon better, Digimon seems dull after a few episodes... the monsters simply aren't named so I can remember either...

POKEMON was the orignal and always will be a clasic even if u dont watch the show. The are multiple series starting back from Kanto, to Jhoto, to orange islands, to Hoene and now the battle frontier. It must be some job to come up with so many ideas for Pokemon. DIGIMON however may have less series, their characters seem to be much stronger(and stupider). even though this comes into affexct, Pokemon in my eyes is also bettwer at their games. They have their sereis of R&B,G&S,S&R,FR&LG and the latest P&G for NDS. I think Pokemon IS SOOOOOO damm much better than digimon, i would carelessly eat the gba digimon GBa paket, electronics and all to prove my point! Alex

If i had to chose probably pokemon because they started with the card craze whcih got loadsa people then the games were really good too.

iunno actually, kinda a tough question, i guess pokemon cause its more fun?? lol.. cause the games are better, hahaha, but thne again, digimon is cooler cause tis more mechanical, but anyway, my decision lies on pokemon.

I got lost after Season 1 of Digimon. As for Pokemon ... I lasted to about a quarter of the way through Hoenn; It just got stupid after that. I'd have to say Pokemon.

I used to like Pokemon a lot, but now I think it's too childish. I like Digimon better. But if you're talking about video games, then Pokemon is better.

Digimon seemed a bit "cheesier" than pokemon because of the "digi evolve" thing but in pokemon the pokemon just said there names and thats it which was irritating. The pokemon games were (and are) much better than the digimon ones so i would have to say pokemon.

Pokemon is obviously better as they have more monsters ( pokemons) and the games are better although they are all crazy and wacko

I like Pokemon, it was the "original" thing that started a whole series and made quite a legacy, especially with the third generation games. But Digimon has a less -obvious- plot theme, and it's less "cheesy".I don't know how to explain it.

As far as the animes go, I'd take Digimon over Pokemon because Pokemon doesn't know when to end their series when it was dead entering the Hoenn region, but Digimon tends to have a more interesting anime(excluding Season 4). However, as far as the games and merchandise goes, Pokemon wins this battle because the games are better, and the card game was understandable(god, still can't figure out the Digimon card battle). So if I had to choose, I guess I'll go with Pokemon because there's still more of a demand for their games, while Digimon should keep their game series dead.

Digimon 1st 2 seasons were great... The rest were boring. Pokemon was great until Pokemon Advance... I lost interest after that. But if i had to choose, Pokemon would win.

digimon and pokemons 1st 2 seasons were the best , there were actual serious things going on in them...but now its all crappy pants story realy
