Pokemon V.s Digimon

pokemon is better then digimon i hate digimon

Digmon is better anime.Every season there is something new and it's definitely not as repetitive as Pokemon.

I say both because they are made by more or less the same person

i will definitely vote for pokemon coz the digimon looks a bit of childish.the eng version is very slow and i doze of during the episodes

Hmm, my two cents says Pokemon is way better than Digimon video game-wise. However, when it comes to the anime... They both suck equally. Watch a real anime.

POKEMON RULES! They don't have to steal other ideas to get fans, Digimon is a copy (not a Pokemon Copy, a Tamagotchi Copy, and i don't hate clones, i HATE COMMERCING AND GETTING MONEY WITH OTHER PEOPLE'S IDEAS)

Digimon has a better anime, but Pokemon is better overall.

Story wise, Digimon is much better than Pokemon. They have a clear plot instead of just wandering aimlessly without a clean purpose. However, game wise, Pokemon best Digimon due to its interactivity & replayability. I haven't found any decent Digimon games so far.. I'm just wondering.. I'm sure that Pokemon anime spawns after the game. But is it true that Digimon series spawns after tamagotchi series?

My god...it was BEAUTIFUL!+ The trading card game was OK...as long as you didn't try to play it or anything.+ There was a bit where you put on 3-D Specs and- ...no, that was 'The Bots Master'...I really can't think of any more positives. ¬_¬- TV series' artwork left something to be desired. Rather a lot, actually.- Pikachu did not evolve. It should have evolved. It's not like you can just 'refuse' to be subjected to whatever kind of hoodoo those elemental stones do to you...Pikachu is your ***** Satoshi! You're wearing the trousers in this relationship!- Boring character designs.- The movies were terrible, blatant cash-in attempts. That worked.- The main villains were utterly inept and were constantly eaten by their own Victreebel. This is not a good thing.- Every single character seems to be based on some annoying stereotype.- The storyline consisted of 'Satoshi: I want to be the best pokemon trainer! Rockets: We're going to sing and do bishounen stuff in a vague attempt to steal your Pokemon, because the censors wouldn't let us have guns. Satoshi: No you're not. Rockets: Damn. *Rockets comically fly away*'Lather, rinse, repeat. Several hundred times.Digimon+ Has some form of storyline. It's a pretty good one too. It had those things called 'twists.'+ Much larger and more imaginative roster of creatures. To date, I have not seen a single Digimon that I did not like the look of.+ Most Digimon look like they could mutilate Mewtwo and bury him in salt *ahem.*+ The evil villains are actually evil, and usually get pretty damn close to killing everything, like the D-Reaper. The fact that they actually INTEND to kill everything is another Pro in itself.+ Leomon DIES.+ It had pretty damn good movies. Erm...movIE. - Lots of characters are based on marginally annoying stereotypes.- Grossly misuses computer-jargon.- Davis is a moron.I'm not going to pick one and say 'This one is better, sha-zam', but I'll leave this little list for you lot to contradict and pull to pieces. Have fun tearing my comments apart. ((Actually, I'm a die-hard Digimon fan, but I won't tell you that. You might think I'm biased or something...perish the thought...))

pokemon because digimon only exist with computers no??? and pokemon stay as strong and dont turn back to stage one forms so its pokemon

In terms of animation, I'd choose Digimon. Especially Season 02. But in terms of judging the games... I'm in favor with Pokemon.

Great post. It makes me think you read mine and then just put bullet points in front of the pros and cons <.<I agree with just about everything you said. And despite the fact that Davis is a moron, he does mature a bit by the end of the season.

Yeah, pokemon is a whole lot better, at least pokemon has movies even though they suck.(.00003u7389/10 is better than 0/10) The games though, is teh bestzorz. anime is a little better. Just wondering though, how many votes are there a piece, if anyone has no life and would like to caount them?

Anime-wise. I say Digimon! Game-wise of course Pokemon. Though if they made a Digimon game more like say Jade Cacoon, or even Pokemon... I'd go for that. n.n

I pick Pokemon because Digimon seems weird to me but some of the Digimons are SOO CUTE ^^

Omg...are you kidding me? Digimon all the way. The games were good, because they took skill. You actually had to spend time in Digimon world 1 raising your digimon before it died. In dw2, you actually had to catch stronger digimon with gifts, and in digimon world 3 you were actually in an rpg and had quests and such. DW4 was probably the best, because you had upgradable weapons and such.Pokemon has been the same damn game since the original red and blue versions came out. They just added more pokemon.Also the tv show was better. Because the digimon could talk.Hands down, Digimon wins.
