Can anybody tell me a good horror game to buy, like the kind with good graphics that will scare me out of my seat cause the games I bought are all crappy.

Well if your like my girlfriend(Almost everything scares you) then Devil May Cry 1 is one of your best bets.

I saw this one game... Actully it was for the XBox and it was a Old remake of a Dreamcast game but was it scary, you test all your senses and your fith, plus theres over 150 ways to die!

Fatal Frame (there's I and II), and I have to say Fatal Frame is a pretty freaky game. It might not scare the crap out of you, but it's a freaky game.Of course, the Silent Hill games are really creepy too. I was really freaked out with Silent Hill 4. You can't even kill some of the enemies, which adds a lot to the suspense.whats that game name where u can only defend ur self with a camera and by taking the ghost's picture?

you want a feaky game. get eternal Darkness: sanitys Requiem, This game is so freaky, you have a sanity level that you should keep up but if you want a major mind being experience keep it low, it will work on you. this one time i was walking around with my dude then my head fell off, then my orso, and all that was left was a pair of legs walking around, another time i walked into a room and it was up side down. get it that all i have to say. FYI its for the GC

Fatel Frame 1 scared the hell of out of way more then the first 3 Silent Hill games. 4 I'm not so sure because I haven't played it yet. But damn. My heart was pounding and I was almost always in a cold sweat from just sitting there listening to the background noises.Also based on a true story. I'm not sure what parts are based on a true story, but things like people getting found up in the hills with rope markings and missing limbs has happened in japan.Half-life 2 has some scary parts, but not long.I can't remeber the name...uh. *Thinks* Ah yes. If you want a survival horror game that'll really scare you, go ahead and play Silent hill series instead. RE was just adrenaline-fest. SH really lives up to the survival horror genre.

Good luck finding it but a really good one is called kuon it was made by agetec for the ps2. its like having the woman from the grudge chasing you around a demon infested mansion at night. Not to mention the game has homicidal little girl twins, any horror gamer has gotta love that.

Hmmm, I'd have to go with the "Fatal Frame" series. The fact that all you have is a camera to defend yourself, and in order to defeat your enemies, you have to stare directly at them as they come charging towards you, and even better, the longer you stare at them the stronger your shot is...scares me. If anything, give me something really loud, and really destructive, and I'll feel much safer. A mystical camera...that's ok.Oh, and plus the fact that the ghosts randomly appear when it is nice and quiet...that is freaky.

ahah very true...I hate horror games because of the monotony of each storyline....DOOM however is differentThe horror games get really boring and annoying after a minute of play.
