The mic always make me look like an idiot in public places..blowing into it to make the cloads disappear in yoshi t&gWith Yoshi however you really need both screens..top screen to see where mario is and touch screen to draw a path

Metroid Prime: Hunters is a good example. You are always using the touch screen (unless you change it) and watching the top screen. You have to glance away occasionally to change weapons. So I say Metroid!

I don't really think any game does. But one that does would be a horrible idea. You would have to keep splitting your focus, which would make you lose fast. The idea is lame.

only for some types, thats how u tell a crab game from a good one. like trace memory its like a puzzle thing u have to work out. "look a dirty mirror, i guess i must blow the dust *blows into mic* there we go".

I think that NFS was one that pushed it to the fullest of the DS capabilities.

Thankfully, I haven't played all games in the DS library, otherwise I'll be a sleepwalking zzombie right now. Out of the ones that I have played, I must say I think Trauma Centre fits the bill quite well honestly.Touch Screen is unmistakenly excellent IMO and Dual Screen keeps the story rolling like honey, even while you are operating. Full portraits on 2 screens are very sweet.

I would say Mario kart DS. The top screen for driving, the bottom one gives you a map of the road and the items on the ground and the items that are been shot by the oppenent

any of the mini game games (ie wario world, rub rabbits, and etc.)Aside form that I would argue Phoenix Wright does since you can use the touch screen and the microphone to interface with the game.

Trauma Center takes full advantage of DS capabilities. It is one of the few games that could not be recreated for any other system (save maybe PC)

I really think the advance war will be one of the games to fully utilise DS's amazing 2 screen functions.

If you've played the Kingdom Hearts games for the PS2 you know you really need fast reactions to defeat the hardest bosses. The way you're describing doesn't help much in accomplishing that. So.... nah. The truth is there is no game using all DS capabilities right now, but it's always like that with games coming out right after a console gets out. Actually, i HOPE they don't, i'm excpecting much better things later!! <3

As many replies has already mentioned, WarioWare Touched!, Another Code, Lost in Blue, Trauma Center are all games that make good use of the DS capabilites.I would say WarioWare is basically a set of mini demos created by Nintendo showing how DS can be used. In the game Another Code, one of the puzzle (the stamp puzzle) is solved by closing the DS case and then opening it again for several times. I think it is a genius way of using DS, it is not even shown in WarioWare. However, in most part of that game, I find that using the direction button to control the pointer is easier than using the stylus. There are many games allow use of stylus to control the games, yet I would still use the buttons because it is more convinent. Trauma Center is a game which is impossible to be implemented without a stylus (or a control like that one for Wii). On the other hand, I wonder why people say Phoenix Wright make good use of the DS capabilities. Although it allows us to choose items with a stylus and shout out commands like "Objection!" or "Take that!", the game won't lose much fun without these functions. Remind that the game is actually a remake of its GBA version. The game would go fine without a stylus.Another good examples of using the stylus is the kanji dictionary "0405 - Kanji Sonomama Rakubiki Jiten" where I can write the Kanji with the stylus and search for it reading and meaning. (Note: For those who don't know, Kanji are Chinese-like characters in Japanese.) This function is not available in the first version of the Rakubiki Jiten (0096). Without this function, the dictionary is almost useless for a beginner Japanese learner like me because I cannot search for a word if I don't know how to pronounce it, and it is highly likely that I don't know how to pronounce the word.

Trace Memory is great - it uses the closing lid as an actual feature for a really tough puzzle in the game - It senses when ur closing ur ds and requires u to do this for some of the parts of the game. Very cool

I don't think there's a game that uses the full potential of the two screens. Sometimes it's hard to control both.

Well when godzilla: unleashed comes out for DS later this year. I think it will use the DS capabilities to the fullest because of two monsters will be on each screen defeating 2-screened bosses.
