i'd have to say feel the magic xx/xy and the rub rabbits - those games definitely used the touch screens and microphones in some interesting and quirky ways.

In Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, It uses the stylus a lot... Maybe not in the whole game (Actually, you can play the whole game with the stylus) but... case 5 is a good example of using the DS stylus/touch screen abilities. So will be Gyakuten Saiban 4 (Hope it comes out here one day...).

Meteos, Trauma Center: Under the Knife, and WarioWare: Touched! are all games that used the Touch Screen and/or microphone very well (albeit WW:T! ran thin pretty quickly). Meteos could not have been played any other way (using a mouse is very inefficient). Trauma Center definitely took advantage of the touch screen to simulate the operating experience.

I suppose Wario Ware uses it the best, just like on the Wii.

Hmm I'm thinking TWEWY or Phantom Hourglass, of course TWEWY doesn't use the mic so I'll have to go with hourglass with this one.

Both Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass really use the DS to its fullest. Sure, one screen is always a minimap, but it's good that you don't have to pause every two minutes to see where you're heading.

Phantom hourglass uses every aspect of the DS (even closing it). also phoenix wright is pretty good in it's use of the DS.

I think it's called The End With You is supposed to be a great game and the battles involve buttons and the touchscreen at the same time, looking at both screens. sounds tricky.
