Id have to go with Maestor Seymour. Ive played alot of Final Fantasy games and even besides all of the tough bosses such as Sephiroth, Sin, and Vegnigun, I give the most credit to Seymour. He keeps improving his skills until you fight his element wheel. I beat him on my first try all due to luck!!...I pulled out the right aeons at the right time...*phew*

I think Seifer and Sephiroth are the bestSeifer looks cool, have cool equipment and techniques(I wish he continued on my party) and want to make historySephiroth looks cool too with Masamune(I need say more) and want destroy the world!They the better of the worster

There is not a single enemy that compares to Seymour from Final Fantasy 10.Final Aeon Jecth was also cool.

Sephiroth takes the cake, no question about it on this end. I find him more amusing than just plain evil and such. Well, AFTER I've whopped his donkey a couple of times to ventilate some of the irritation accumulated from the fights with him and for good measure, of course! :wink4: To this very day, I still can't stop laughing my donkey off at the thought of Sephiroth doing something I pictured in my head a while ago. It's like this: Picture Sephiroth standing perfectly still right in the middle of the Northern Crater. He's looking evil and all, like he did throughout most of the game. (He did NOT look evil during the part where you actually had him in your party! Allthough, the look his face had in the menu could certainly scare the poo out of any and all that saw him.) Then he pulls out the Masamune from his belt and sticks it in the ground beside him. And then, he suddenly starts to sing "I'm dancing with myse-helf! I'm dancing with myself!", and does just that! :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

I'm afraid im agreeing with sephiroth, though i can understand he's somewhat overrated he is still my favourite. first of all he looks damned cool. secondly he has a coldness to him that none of the others did. all the villains from FF seemed to feel emotion at some point, anger, hate, pain at being whooped into the ground. but aside from laughing at cloud after killing aeris. he doesn't really show emotion. and he also has high ambitions. most villains want to defeat the good guys and rule the world. sephi wants to become a GOD and rule the world. thats ambitious that is. but yea. hes my fav

My favourite FF villian would have to be Kuja. 
He's got style, isn't overcompensating (Sephiroth...) and he's haaaawt to boot. I memorized his little poem at one point in time. It made me full of happy. :DMy favourite villian ever (though I suppose this is slightly off-topic) would be Albedo from Xenosaga. Whaaaat a crazy guy. "Lolz, see how I can REMOVE MY HEAD, LITTLE UNDERAGE, EXPOSED PANTIES GIRL! *amazingly insane laughter*"

Personally, i like sepiroth. I don't know why, but there is something interesting about him that makes u think he's awesome.
