I have to go with Exdeath, he was such a powerful boss in the final fantasy franchise and his power of manipulating others, having an arsenal of spells, minions, vassals (Did you see how many freaking people this guy had with him when you entered the cleft of dimensions!?) and most of all the power to control the void? He managed to reshape the surface of the world like Kekfa but at a lower degree and was one of the most powerful final fantasy last bosses that puts the likes of Sephiroth to shame... you also don't see often a final boss that is actually a tree (lol)! And don't worry about FF7 fanboys most people that didn't knew RPGs played FF7 first and put all the fame on it.

uhm there were alot bosses as FF but i chose sephiroth cause omega weapon wasnt a option 
omega weapon is cool it has around the 3ml hp and tehy say you can draw evry GF you missed but i didnt lived long enough to see lol it killed me in his 1st move and i was lvl74

Among those listed, Kefka. All time favorite would be Ozma from FFIX. Say why isnt FFX's listed boss Yu Yevon?

Sephiroth was best because he made random appearances through out the game plus he looks cool.

There are far too many FF7 fanboys on this site. The best FF villian EVER is Kefka. He actually destroyed the world.

I picked Kefka because he's my favorite villain out of the FF series so far. I don't care much for Sephiroth because he's like an Emo but Kefka was just one crazy guy looking for power (I know it's really cliche but the way Square did it was pretty well done).

Sephiroth because he is the epitome of evil and to the people who think Sephiroth is an easy boss try beating him without leveling up to 100 and without Knights of the Round you will have a different opinion!
