Kefka FTW! He not only fits the evil-right-hand-that-takes-over-as-soon-as-you-turn-your-back mold, but he also laughs like a maniac. +10 points for laughing like a maniac.

i voted for sephiroth coz i think hes cool in the game and also in the film, and hes really tall! but i also really liked sorceress edea wen she was bad!!!!

I would say Kuja, coz when I fight him, I actually go unprepared(and I just kill by him, plus I can't revive my char bcoz of the Heat negative status). On the other hand, Ultimecia doesn't provide me with too trouble. In any case, the final battle in FFVIII was in this flow: Ultimecia -> Griever -> Ultimecia+Griever -> Ultimecia true form. It will be good since if any of your char die, it will be replace if u didn't revive them in time, until u have no replacement character.

Zeromus was the most difficult boss fight I've ever seen, I never beat it. My sister beat it, she was better at it than me... anywho...

Well I have yet to get far in FFVI so I can't say anything about Keftka. But from my other available choices, I'd say Sephiroth. Not because he was hard, or because he was from FFVII, but rather because his story was the most interesting to follow of all the ones listed. This of course is what amkes him win out since, as I have said before, I play RPGs for storyline and character development(part of the storyline if you ask me) mainly.

Ultimecia was the best because, even with all lvl 100 characters with max HP, I still could not win. It might have been because I didn't recover my skills but still, she beat 3 lvl 100 characters in 20 turns.

Depending on climatic issues.Kefka wins.Although I must admit that the final music boss of both FFVII and FFVIII were insanely good too.
