I think that Kefka is insanely evil and humorous all at the same time, which is why I like him more. Sephiroth is purely evil, but not as entertaining. Although, I must say, Sephiroth might have better music for his battle, but barely. Kuja had a decent battle theme too, but that's about all I can say for 'em.

I think everyone likes Sephroith because he was just a really cool character.Like in most games the storyline wouldn't exsist without the bad guy, but how often do you end up with a bad guy like him?I'm talking about his ties to the main characters in the story, and the fact that he wasn't always bad.

Kefka, easily. He poisoned a water supply, overthrew the empire and destroyed a good chunk of the world.Sephiroth was just retarded. Sephiroth was supposed to be an artificial supersoldier with the best training and genetic modifications as #1 SOLDIER in Shinra. Then he spends half the game hiding in the shadows and the other half sitting on his donkey waiting for Ultima to hit the planet only to be killed by a (fake) ex-SOLDIER and his friends. Gee, wow.

Sephiroth, because well... >.> unlike the other groups I can say I "Spazzed out" when his theme song "One Winged Angel" Began to play, which completely creeped me out T-T Plus, I can't beat him in Kingdom Hearts despite how hard I try. He is evil to me T-T

Ultimecia from Final Fantasy VIII. and it's not just b/c she is one of the rare, female major villains. i like most of the music that plays when i fight her/Griever, her first form looks cool, and she can use Maelstrom.
