? Didn't think so, he's pretty much creepy as hell. But I do love how sinister he is, yet he still has a nice side...sort of. Although, I never played 6, but i hear kefka is one crazy sob.

can't choose although FF10 Seymour is number 3 FF12 Cid and FF6/3 Kefka tie for number two...wait i can decide Jecht and Sin FTW!! although they aren't really the villain are they... Lame...

Kefka easily. He was evil for the sake of being evil. He killed for the sake of killing. He would cast Fallen One and your entire party would be at 1 HP.

Since evryone is going between Sephiroth and Kevka, Im going to nominate a new chocie from Final Fantasy Dawn of Souls for the gba. Remember Garland, the first and last boss? Aside from the whole take over/destroy the world idea, he planned to make time repeat itself for the characters so every time he got killed he could revive and cause more mayhem. And to the gamer, a never-dying boss is truly evil.

I must say..Marche from FFTA is pretty EVIL...hes like evil.. super evil..i mean like.. his brother is all like "Oh i can Finally WALK"and like the chick is like "My mom doesnt have to dye my hair every morning i don't have to watch her cry because of me"and marche is all like "SCRU JO U GET BACK HERE AND SUFFER"and they all go back..and think its ok.

Kefka, he took over the WORLD. Few villains has managed that far, and to add to it he wasn't very strong to begin with.

im gonna stray from the norm here and say rufus from ffvii lol.... i mean he may not be as much of a killer as say seph or kefka, but he was still pretty evil... some snobby kid, inheriting a fortune from his dead father that he doesnt care about, doesnt even appreciate the money, just goes and becomes a tyrant with it... tyrants are evil =p
