I wouldn't call The Legend of Zelda a "pure" RPG series, but adventure. But whatever, it's also my first "RPG" XDEither that or the Super Mario RPG on the SNES.

Pokemon Red was my first. It was my brothers game so i couldn't save. Then I got Pokemon Yellow and beat my brother's pokemon

I'd say diablo 1. But my first real favourite was the Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall. Man, that game is massive still. It's about 8 times bigger than Morrowind is.

My first RPG was Pokemon Yellow for the Gameboy Color. I loved it at the time, and I admit that I still enjoy playing it.Though, if you dont want to count that as a RPG, I guess I could say that the first (after that) was a demo for FF8, which was on a Pizza Hut demo disc that I got from a friend. That got my hooked into the FF series.
