agree. megaman II on the nes is total classic megaman at it's best. the robot masters are all cool, and the soundtrack was even better. but still a better megaman exists. megaman V on the gb is without doubt the best bluebomber game. sadly, the garbage that passes for megaman these days would make prof. light roll over in his grave. as for megaman x, only I, II and IV are good, the others are horrible. network transmission...i won't even go there because...well...i just won't go there.and why do some of you just eat up this stupid played out gimmick of the anti-hero-hero like zero, bass and your patron saint, sephiroth. its not cool. they are so one dimensional.the best megaman game has to be MegaMan 2... the blue bomber was awesome

I never liked X as much as Zero, just because Zero is just insanely more fun to play as. Netnavi gets to be a bit repetitive.i never liked megaman...but ZERO rules

... No. With the original Rockman games(I prfer to call him by his original name), we have a little kid-like robot blowing crap up. With X, We have a teenager-like robot that blows stuff up, AND is leader of a unit in an organization to destroy Irregulars/Mavericks, and the storyline is darker. Then, along came Dash/Legends. This Rockman series was extremely different than the originals. It had a custimizer, RPG-like gameplay, and awesome weapons(Shining Laser ROCKS!!!). Here comes EXE/Battle Network. The most unique of all the series. Complete RPG. Uses Battle Chips that don't run out, as opposed to the traditional special weapons. After that, the Zero series comes along. Personally, I think it's the best. It had an extremely dark story, slightly different gameplay, and you play as the donkey-kickin' Zero.Is that all? NO! A new series is being worked on as we speak. It has been announced to be released on I think the 16th. It is called Rockman ZX. It occurs between Zero and Dash. You use new abilities, characters, and many other new things. So, no, no single Rockman series is the same. And, just because you think it sucks, it does not effect the games themselves, making them 'suck', as you say.megaman sucks. why is it all rom ppl like megaman? they were the exact same thing ago in the first 1 as in the most recent one. at least metroid, changes and gets better over the years.
