i liked the megaman classic series for the ps1.graphis were extremely decent and i had quiet alot of fun with that. The X serires are a bit not my favorites. Keeps on reminding me of R-Type which i had enough of as a kid.The Battle Net Work series are alright. I have fun with them but its jusss a disaster. Comparing the GBA and DS attle net work series.... There are both the same except, DS has a touch creen menu and more enemies and chips to deal around with

the battle network series isn't that bad... the old megaman, X & Zero series are far much better...but atleast the BN series is the first megaman series that actually has an end...

i think all the megaman games are cool. battle network has the rpg style going on,and im a huge rpg fan. magaman x has the action/shooter going on, which i like. all in all, capcom did a good job on megaman, and i doubt they are going to go back to that kind of playing. better systems have better graphics after all.

Because the people are weird that made it and have no self respect at all. :) :) :spiteful: :spiteful: :shiftyninja: :shiftyninja:Megaman is wicked and if he doesn't deserve a reincarnation no one does.

Too much of a good thing can be bad for you.I think people are deluding themselves when they say that the original series was the -best-. After the fourth and fifth games it was clear that Capcom was just milking the series. Cloud Man? Flame Man and Blizzard Man?? Plant Man??? It sounded like they were getting character design ideas from second graders. How many times do I have to fight Dr. Wily before he goes to jail and STAYS THERE? I mean comon, even X managed to 'kill' Sigma in his first game.Sooner or later people would've (and did) wise up to Capcom's milking efforts back then (remember the Street Fighter 2 milkage?) The shorter lengths of the X series and Zero series shows that Capcom and Mega Man have matured.

i completley agree agree with this , there are now 6 diffrent installments of the battle network series (not counting that each "number" has two or more versions (ex: mmbn 5 team protoman or mmbn 5 teeam colonel) and sure they can be fun but it doesnt excuse the fact that they are totally milking the series im glad that #6 finally put a stop to all the nonsense (play to see what i mean).

I'm going to have disagree with most of the people here. =\ I enjoyed all the Megaman games I have played so far. Megaman 1-3 for the NES were awsome. I haven't played 4, 5, and 6 but I know they will be fun. MMBN series is not that bad. Even though the original Megaman series and the X series is better I still enjoy it.

That's a good idea. What if they were to remake the original megaman games with better graphics and in 3d like legends?

i loved megaman since the time i picked up a controller to play megaman 8, i wanna noe if anyone thinks the series has gone out of hands. i personally like all the options they are giving players but the ongoing series has went so far the main characters arent even related to megaman. i still hope they continue to make them

I prefer the old 8-bit and Megaman X games over the newer ones. The newer ones have lost the Megaman way, they're crap.

I really like the changes but not the one after Megaman Battle Network. The new Megaman Series (Megaman Starforce) sucks but there is is only one game that I like. In a japenese website it showed an official website of Megaman Battle Network and Megaman Starforce working together and the game is called Megaman Operating Shooting Star or in other words Megaman Nt Warrior is controling the future Megaman. (Megaman Starforce)

Megaman may have changed, but the fact stays that the simple formula of run, jump, and shoot in 2D is still a masterpiece. It has been the best way to play Megaman games from the beginning and even still, it works great.
