i haven't played many pc games but my favourite pc game is Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne. it's so fun especially with ur friends.

Icewind dale series, baldurs gate throne of baal, and FEAR series recently....You will have a great time with those games

Diablo 2 is by far THE best comp game ever, well WoW is a close second. but! i spent countless hours on diablo 2 raising my characters levels.

Diablo 2 will always be a fave - proof that shiny graphics aren't necessary for good games - but i have to throw Total Annihilation in there for good measure.

That was an RTS done right.

Half-Life, that was like the most original game I'd ever seen then. Lip synching, character interaction, great scripting, bizarre story, awesome combat. After Half-Life came out, most of the stuff you've seen in every game since then has done something that Half-Life did first. Some games (Japanese) haven't learned enough from Half-Life, because you still see some games that don't have dynamic lip synching (FF10, etc).
