Super Smash Bros. Melee brought everything back from the N64 game and improved on all of it, soldifying it as one of the best fighting games.

I like Melee, especially with the more balanced characters, and the quicker game speed.

I like Melee better actually, but I'll make a little list. What I like in 64 compared to Melee:- Kirby kicked donkey in that game, - A bit easyer, - Raygun was way better. What I dislike about 64 compared to Melee:- Once you play Melee, 64 will become soooo slow. - It's too easy. - Unbalanced, - Kirby is too powerfull, - 2D + 3D graphics can look weird sometimes, - Worse graphics, juggling was waaay to easy. What I like about Melee compared to 64:Dodging, charge up smash, grabbing items in air, more characters, power shield, mirror shield, more challenging, more options, new moves (incl. Wall jump, hanging), L cancel, more colors. What I dislike about Melee compared to 64:They messed up Kirby so damn a lot, miricle recovery from meteor smash (since I do that a lot), 3 heights of attacking (Low, middle high), Jojo from Ness is messed up, (I forgot, but I think you can't switch to German and French language anymore and listen to the foreign language language)

I love them both! Of course, I was sucked in by the 64 version before anyone knew what a Gamecube was. But Melee is better by comparison. Can't deny the 64 version, though!

melee is better because the characters are more even, it looks better, and has more stuff to do.

When i first played melee i didn't liked it at all because it was really fast.but 2 days ago i played it again and i liked it because i realized that smash bros 64 is as fast as the melee is(i didn't noticed it because i only play the rom and in complete window so the game slows and once i tried to play it in small version and it went really fast)i like melee better than smash 64.

The original was the best. That game was sooooo good compared to Melee. I barely played Melee at all compared to the original. My friends and I always battle on the n64 one.

I like Melee better myself because there are more levels, more characters, and more items you can use. I think they should have left some of the levels the same as the N64 version instead of changing them but oh well. For example like Cloud Nine I believe is what it was on the N64 version I don't remember if it is on Melee or not but I think it is and they changed it that is the only thing i did not like.
