Hey! Maybe Melee is better, but N64 will still be a great game. You know, it's a N64 game and Melee is based on that N64 game, and they've added stuff because it's a GAMECUBE so no wonder it's improved, yeah?

I would definately have to take Melee. It's just so much more polished and has so many little additions that just make it so good. Not to mention, the music is just fantastic.

theres no discussion about this two games... Melee is best.. best graphics.. same players and more players... different gameplays... i wish there was an international competition of this one.. cuz i would kick donkey in here... (iam serious)

i only play the meele and because its for cube i think its the best but never know i thnink mario 64 is beeter than the sunshine

it would have to be melee. it has better graphics, characters, better everything really. although the N64 version started it all, so you cannot ignore it completely.edit: (by all, i mean the melee "series")

Melee by far, it was an improvement. But for Mario Kart, id say the 64 version is better. imo

Melee has my Marth. Original doesn't. Therefore, I say Melee is better. By a long shot might I add. If they had Hyrule Castle classic in Melee, and entrances, then it would be perfect.

melee, because it just feels more...i dunno epic or something. You know, you can dodge things, the hits look better, the characters look amazing, everything is so timing based...plus, some things bout the n64 1 were cheap, like kirby's suck and Dk's grab. I mean, I had fun with those too, but it makes more sense to cut them out.

I think that Melee is alot better considering that you have more moves. If playstation3 comes out before the Nintendo Revolution..I'd probably still wait for the new Nintendo..i heard that it can play any nintendo game.
