I'd have to go with Silent Hill 2, that definitely freaked me out. What's your opinion?

This is a kind of an obscure game, but I'll have to go with Galerians. The game was all about clones, supercomputers taking over the world, injecting drugs into your veins that gave you powers to light people on fire with your mind, disturbing imagery, etc.

For me silent hill 2 is one of the sweetest horror games but in shame it crumbles at the feet of resident evil 4 sadly enough my vote also goes to resident evil 4.

Onimusha, you know why? You could cut the zombies heads off! or does that not make it a survival horror game when your guy doest respond with "its a 15th centuary katana, i wouldnt have any uses for it" as he walks around with a small knife.

I'm a wimp. The scariest game I could stand to play all the way through was Clock Tower 3 [which I did enjoy quite a bit]. So yeah, Clock Tower 3.
