Sounds good... It will attract more people to go for Nintendo DS... It would be single player unless you guys hook up and play together that way...

I still don't see it happening for a few years though. it would take too long to make.

Man, i'd love this... in my opinion, SSB did something that is almost impossible--they invented a whole new style of fighting game that was really, very fun, and then made a sequel that was even betterit also sounds doubtful, though, because i would expect nintendo to hype the heck out of itdoes anyone know if any other game developers have ripped off this? are there any examples

Please use proper enlgish, it makes it so much easier to udnerstand what you are trying to say.Besides the DS is capable of graphics better than the N64 and the cart itself can have an update of a 1 Gb memory like the R4.Solely for the SSB game.^^Too costly thoughT_T

I don't think it would be the best of ideas to make a ssb to the ds. However, for the sake of just doing it, they could XD . As the controls would not work out pretty well, and I assume that they won't find any good way to fit in the stylus controls, I think that Nintendo won't make it. Also, the ssb franchise is being continued on Wii rather than DS.

i don't see why people are adamantly opposed to smash being on the DS.. like the argument that the ds isn't as powerful as the gamecube so it shouldn't have a version of smash is like saying that there shouldn't be any zelda games or anything else on the ds because it's outpowered by lots of systems at this pointSo what? It's not going to be the next smash, (Brawl is already confirmed for that slot), i'd even be happy if it was just a port of the n64 gameit wouldn't be better than other versions necessarily, but why would you not want it? It's not like they're going to drop brawl to make it.. it would be a separate project.

I'd Like that, But it would be too small of a screen and way to complicated.
