welll think about it... if mario kart came out for the ds, there ought to be a SSB for the ds as well.... since it got praise from both the n64 and the cube, they ought to make it for the simple reason of sales skyrocketing... with the wifi to play online.... *borat voice* great success!

MMmmMMmm.....I guess SSBDS Would be a awesome idea!!!They should add some more fire emblem characters like Lyndis, Hector and Eliwood.And the Pokemon DP Pokemon Inside the pokeballsNew items like boomerangs, Chomp Flute's to summon chomps....Yeah.... that would be awesome

Mediocre reaction time for multiplayer... but why focus on the negative? I love the idea (since I own DS), but I don't think its very plausible, especially when SSBBrawl is coming out for Wii in the forseeable future. One can always hope, though...

i have the game its brilliant but it shouldnt be played on a ds the screens and buttons are too small

I think since they have one for the Wii, they should have one for the DS. The DS version could have certain items that Brawl doesn't have and vice-versa. To get these items transferred, you would have connected wirelessly to Wii and exchange data to get those items.
