I hope that they do comeout with SSb Ds. It would be awsome and They would make a killing off of it, especially if it had WiFi support. And Who else Wants JumpSuper Stars to come to the U.S?

I hope they come out with it. The idea is almost mindboggling, though: it might be hard to do the same stuff...

it would be ****in pwntastic if ssb made it to the ds. nintendo could prolly link it with the release of the revo version and have both games be playable together(one person on revo at home vs. person wit ds). it would make the game basically a portable version of the revo game. tru they'd have to make sum changes, but there r enuf buttons on the ds to make it work. 'a' reg attack, 'b' smash, 'y' jump, 'x' shield, 'l'/'r' grapple+shield like in the consoles. the top screen could show ur player in pretty good 3d(im usin mario ds as my basis for this, and the fact that ds has better graphics then the 64) and the bottom screen could show a minimap of the level so you still know where everyone is. the touch screen could be totally disregarded, but that wouldnt be so bad. tru the game would look worse then the revo ver, but it would be worth it.

possibility but it's still a small chance that a ssb title is coming to the ds. Nintendo is busy enough to make the revo version.....

ssb64 ds... that would be sweet.. it might be possiblity since they did the mario 64 for the ds. but i can see a problem. when people go to the ends of the map, the characters are going to look soooo small

Just because nintendo can/could make it doesnt mean that they will. They have many other cash cows that they can milk before that happens. That's why we have homebrew developers. Commercial developers dont have as much faith in pocket systems as they do consoles. To tell you the truth, the only thing I see pocket systems for is to make ports of the hardware that they match. That's supposedly why the PSP is doing somewhat good(man you fanboys are really gonna jump me on that one.)

Not really because that's the main reason why people are buying. The numbers are low because the PSP is more open and easily accessible for emulation and loading isos. any old guy can do it. Just need a memory stick and just hack your firmware and go. That's why I kept buying GBA and DS games because I didnt have $70 to buy an xrom. Slow numbers doesnt mean that it sucks and nobodies buying them but it's because people are mainly downloading them. Another reason why they have big numbers on the consoles is because loading isos is not easy because you have to install a mod chip or something.

Hell, if this ever gets announced, I'll pre-order it then! But yeah, it will be hectic for SSB to be on DS, esp if it has NWC compatible on it. Even without it, it will still be cool with the single-cart multiplayer (if adaptable).I'm predicting that the control scheme will be...A - Special Move (Up + B, Down + B, Forward + B as appose in SSBm) B - Weak / Quick Attack (Used in Jump Super Stars)Y - Powerful / Smash attack (Used in Jump Super Stars)X - JumpL - ShieldR - GrabSelect - TauntOnly if this were to be realistic... as we only have to wait for a long time... or till the Revolution comes out. :D
