maybe but i think it's better is SSB is for wii,since wii has better graphic and can play with more than 1 play. True Ds can do that but SSB is just better on the big screen

That would be cool but multiplayer is the games main feature and doing all the stuff for it will be a pain

they should make a smash bros collection for the ds with all three games in it, although that would be about 20 ds card's worth of data... lol

I wouldn't have any problem with sprites. In fact, if they did do it with sprites, it will probably have around the same number of characters as Melee at least! It might even be a bit like Jump! Superstars!; and what's wrong with that?

I agree that if it did come out for the DS that it should be with sprites, but with 3d backgrounds.

that would be awesome, but since the DS doesn't use cables to connect and uses a signal instead, the reaction time to connect multiple players MAY be a little slow

I love SSB. I would get it in a second...but it may have to be slimmed down from the wii version.

I saw somewhere that Nintendo was going to stop making Smash Bros. games. It was a comment on youtube, so of course it doesn't really mean much...But yes, a SSB DS would be kind of neat.

Super Smash bros. Ds would make Nintendo a very rich company as long as they keep the same plot as the first oneWell, the original SSB was on N64, and the DS can run games of that power pretty well. I think it would be great.

honestly... I don't like SSB so much... and I don't care if there would be a game of SSBfor NDS, anyway, I think it would be kinda fine for the people who like this kind of gamesso... I think I'm gonna give a "YES" for a SSB for NDS

actually the transmision speed on the ds is that of wi-fi, wich is fast enough for most people to conect to the internet on broadband with no lag (own experience), ive yet to test the speed of the conection of the ds but it should be able to handle ssb or other such games
