I would dislike SSBB for the DS. Some games are just not meant to be on another system and SSBB seems to be one of them. SSBB has awesome graphics on the Wii, but it just wouldn't be the same if it was on the DS.

That would be GREAT. A SSB for the DS just might make me getting a DS worth it.SSBB = godly game!SSBDS would = godly game you can play anywhere!

I don't know if having a new Smash game would be awesome for the DS, but for those of you who think it wouldn't, well, it doesn't matter. Because the first three were such great games, possibly transcending beyond the greatness, it doesn't matter how good the next one would be. People are still gonna buy it regardless of how badly it would suck. As long as it has the phrase, "Super Smash Bros." you can pretty much guarantee that there'll be at least a dozen million that are going to buy it.

i have a ds and i dont get how you would be able to play on line i thought you could only play pepol within a 50 foot range? do you buy a cabel and hook that up to the cp and then play online?POINTS were deducted for this post by -Mario–Please refer to the forum rules to find out why your points were deducted.

I'd love SSB DS, I wouldn't mind if it was just a re-make of the N64 or GC SSB, aslong as it's SSB it would suffice. Local wireless with download play would be terrific, Wi-Fi would be even better.Though, there is one answer to the SSB dilemma on DS, Jump! Ultimate Stars. Too bad it only had a Japanese release.

It would be too much of a graphical downgrade from Wii for me thoughyeah firstly crazy taxi, support your evidence. second, yeah the graphics are better, but um........i dont really see any smash brothers games coming out on the PSP anytime soon. which is what this topic is about. smash brothers.moving on, id like to see a DS specific smash brothers, with all the portable characters. whoever those may be. i cant think of anybody specific, i just like my idea.
But the more games on DS the better

i remember my friend talking about it theres a demo.its call Super Smash Bros Rumble he has it on his cyclo.it may just be a hombrew.i saw him play it. its 2d not 3dWell, the original SSB was on N64, and the DS can run games of that power pretty well. I think it would be great.

Not really bcause if u fit all the super smash bro's data onto ds there is a high chance the programmers have degrade graphics and the bonuses and such.

I've heard of it, but i've played the Ultimate stars. And it's pretty close to being like Super Smash Bros. But not to get off topic, I think it could be playable, if it existed however.Have you ever heard of Jump Superstars? it's made by Hal entertainment (people that made SSB) and looks very similar, check it out:

I like the idea with te wi-fi in addition to it, but the graphics might be crappy and they could screw it up because of the touch screen, but i look forward to it if they plan on making it.

They don't seem to make many of them, same with FPS...its graphics are not too shabby, that depends on the games developer.
