Dont play the standard games unless its in the campagins which have nice storylines...even got me to buy the book "The Sundering" warcraft 3 storybook on terrorblade

well..with the customise function and map maker does make infinite possibilities for the games within to progress without the foundations changed...many people with creative minds can create theier own custom games like "pass the bomb"...

Warcraft III is one of the best strategy games out there. Have anyone noticed that Blizzard's games won't just die out? Look at Starcraft and D2:LOD. Even though their graphics are not at par with todays standards, they still live on.

Eeeuh.. i don't want to say much but have you ever heard about World of Warcraft i think you could call that warcraft 4 mybe it isn't a Stratagy game but an MMORPG but youre right about It's still 100% playeble but i don't play it anymore because i have WoWI don't think we'll see Warcraft IV for some time, at least 2-3 years. I mean War3 is still 100% playable, and there isn't much for them to really build on at the moment.I think we're far more likely to see Starcraft 2 before then.
still its a great game

I think that the graphics could've been better, but i love the way they've incorporated the heros, and the story is exellant.

Warcraft is quite old. I still play it, dota, melee and random custom games ^^Graphics are fine imo

I think the storyline more then makes up for the graphics being what they are. Its all about the plot and story.

haha warcraft 3 is indeed a good game. the graphics are nice and gameplay is good. can also play other custom games in bnet like dota, td, maze etc. =D

im playing a new version mod with my friends, we split all the races into sub sections and used the generals engine with the general rank ability feature it rocks.theres one ability called will of the lich king, it raises all corpses on map to fight for you.plus we added superweapons, coundn't resist. we'll be hosting a beta soon and a webpage is in the process.

I never think warcraft III was the best game in 2005,thi9s game not really good but not really bad,the character or monster in this game so few, but this game had 1 thing but no game can better:this is the map,a lots of map and lots of experimental to play so it made warcaft bacame the best,i think so

There's tons of maps for this games with all those mixed heroes with crazy-named abilities like "sheep fall".

The game is very good. The only problem one might encounter is that it can be quite difficult to master. It requires keen reflexes and awareness. Not to mention a high-end PC and internet connection. WoW doesn't compete simply because it's pay to play. Not to mention the fact that it gets boring fast.Warcraft 4 will be a long time coming simply because there's not much that can be done. The story can be expanded, sure, but the game mechanics and units would need to be updated, and right now that's just not really something possible to expand on. Maybe later, but not now.

I like every single part of Warcraft 3. I believe it to be as addictive as the older Warcraft games. The addition of the Night Elves as a race was pretty cool so that's what got me into it.
