its kinda hard to compare them, they're not exactly the same category...but i guess if a saw a brand new mario game and a brand new zelda game i would buy the zelda game

the list of mario games are far longer than the zelda series ahah.but yer tough choice they both offer much different game styles.link.......cause he's dressed far cooler

It's hard to compare. since it's 2 different gamestyles... mario games are usually platformers, while zelda games are adventure games (and some of the puzzles in them are bi***es)...I'd say it depends on my mood... if I wanna play a platform, then I'd play mario... If I want something more puzzling, I'd go for Zelda... they're both good games tho

bothi hate this comparisoni suppose zelda games are better for a long time playing session lol. and mario for a little bit to pass the time. nevertheless both are legendary

Zelda ALL THE WAY! While yes, Mario provided hours of entertainment. The Super Mario RPG which was done by square and the following Paper Mario Games were all stellar action RPGs. I even adore the Mario Party games. They just don't have the same appeal as the entire Zelda series. Zelda by far had more action, puzzles, and story than Mario ever had.what type of games do you like better,Mario or Zelda Games?You decide.

gotta say zelda. Marios one thing but if you just listen to a song from preety much any zelda game the memories flood in. culprit smash bros.com ocarina medley only 64 makes m feelthat way so zelda all the way

Hard choice but it wud be zelda, I didnt honestly want to choose but considering the 2 zelda had more action while the jumping and somewhat-childish things in Mario got boring after awhile. laterz

The best series is Mario hands down. Zelda is a great game and all, but Mario games last forever. People still play older Mario games like the Super Mario Brothers series, but you don't see people playing the older zelda games as much.

Mario if I want ot play something just to pass the time away. Zelda if I want to feel good about myself. Zelda is better though.

link games becasue thay hav a plot and the puzzles make you think(that and you get to swim around as a fish in majoras mask)
