I liked both 3 and Tenkaichi in a different way, the prior for overkill specialtechniques, the latter for fastpaced action.

Budokai Tenkaichi because it has a large number of characters to select...probably the most out of all Budokai games.

Budokai 3 by far. The game is much deeper in it's mechanics than any of the others and is actually much more of a solid fighting game than a lot of people give it credit for. The game has very little flaws in it.

Dragonball Z:Budokai Tenkaichi is the best game they have made so far....however it did lack in some area's and it was kinda weird without them. My personal favorite beside DBZ:BT is Budokai 3. I like how you can do in-game transforming (normal >>>>> Super Siayan) and some of the moves too. I think BT lacked in some moves that everyone liked....but all the same those are my fav's!

personally im going with 3. tenkaichi did rock, but the lack of importance for hand to hand annoyed me, and when you get two characters with after image... well the battles could get tedious.

I definatly think Tenkaichi was the best, it had a lot of characters. The fighting system was awesome i think, it added some difficulty to the game without making the controls to complicated. The forms were different characters so you didn't have to worry about losing your form when you got knocked down. Definatly the best one.

For me,Budokai 3 is better,the gameplay is excellent..Tenkaichi is more like an action game,it's kinda like DBZ Sagas...

3 Had the best movement system. and the fact that you Actualy had to SEARCH for the Dragonballs is just awesome

Tenkaichi sure is the best one althought they should have added the in game transformation but the fly mode is a big improvement !!! DBZ ROCKZZZZ
