Tenkaichi was too difficult a combat system to even understand, so I decided to stick with Budokai 3. Heck, I'd play Budokai 2 than Tenkaichi anyday.

i like tenkaichi my friends said the battle system was wierd and a bit hard to learn but it was simple to me

I own all the DBZ games and I think its between Budokai 3 and Tenkaichi. Tenkaichi has the new gameplay and interactive 3D enviornment, and Budokai 3 has better character control and makes you work to get that SS4 Vegeta or any other transformation instead of just picking it.

The graphics were good for the tenkaichi n fighting was pretty good but i dont like how the specials in it were so short and not so cool comparing to the other budokai

Budokai 3 definately. Graphic wise it beats the first two, and gameplay wise I reckon it beats Tenkaichi. I hate how they changed the controls completely, I was expecting controls similar to 3.

Budokai 3. It had way more depth in the movesets with cancel combos than Tenkaichi. I found the gameplay way too repetitive in Tenkaichi -- it was basically punch combo, knock back with charged Ki or punch, use death-move, rinse and repeat. That, or just continuously hide and charge until you can use your finisher.

this is a tough question, i really love budokai 3 special move cut scenes, it got some of the best special moves ever, especialy ssj4 gogetas big bang kamehameha! but tenkaichi has the freedom i've always wanted in a dbz game, if they could only mold the 2 together. i hear tenkaichi 2 will solve all these problems though, it could be the best one yet!

budokai 3s fast paced gameplay and combos owned. but tenkaichi had more characters and more 3D environment. overall i wud say budokai 3 cos i cud play it forever.

Well i have all the Budokai games and about to get the next one but anyways the best for me would be Budokai 3 becuase the in the game u can fly in world map and u can do in game transforms but in tenkaichi u cant do none of those things i said even though they have new people i still lik 3

no way man! budokai 3! That game rocks! Now, IF you're talking about BT2, then yeah that probably wins, but BT1 isn't THAT good of a game. Nothing beats budokai 3.

by budokai 3 are the attacks better but the grafic is better in BT2
