KM, the idea is to encourage discussion. Is that not what we've been badgering and pestering the members about recently? Nothing wrong with a little back and forth action here and there.I'm interpreting this at the most basic of levels. You said hot women are ugly. Please tell me you see and understand the contradiction in your statement. I attempted to help validate what you said by delving a little deeper, trying to distinguish the point you may have actually been after, that, like you said, they're not your preference. However, you still have to admit that their features are traditionally that of whom we would normally refer to as "hot".

lol the person who started the thread really should have defined hot and cute lol, but I think it's safe to say that when we say hot we DON'T mean the girls that wear a ton of make up, have fake boobs and starve themselves to be skinny, we mean the ones with firm breasts, toned body relatively young and minimal make up

Actually, I said this:

In my experience, people call a lot of people hot I don't necessarily think are UGLY, but are people who don't fit my exact aesthetic preference.

Key word now bolded.Edit: Nevermind, you are talking about my very first statement aren't you?Well, call it artistic exaggeration. Not attractive would have been appropriate. Even if it's all a grey area.The word ugly just sounds harsh. But it was a bit hard to resist using a simple one word.To be honest, I'm a lot more attracted to a lot of the girls in my own town a lot more than some woman on TV like Jessica Simpson.About the most attractive thing about a woman like that to me is their success, not their looks.

I don't really care if a woman is young, lol.Bjork is nearly twice my age, and I find her to be one of the most beautiful women on the planet.And oddly, I'm not that fond of huge breasts either. But that's for another discussion and not very related to cute versus hot very much that I'm aware.In before someone calls me gay for my smaller breast preference.

Personally, I like all girls, but I'd have to go with cute girls on this topic. Mainly because some of my best friends were "cute" girls who were obsessed with anime like I am...I guess I just love their personality. X3

As a FEMALE i do find this topic intriguing. Even though i am straight, i do find "hot" women more intimidating because if they take care of themselves, they obviously know they look good. They're confident and have right to gloat about their looks verses another.Cute on the other hand i would prefer to with approaching and dating in general. I find them extremely easier to approach as their looks usually don't consist of flashy or risky wear, and most are down to earth or shy. From my personal experience, my ex'es and current bf have dated more "hot women" more than "cute chicks". Although i am stereotyping these very general and vague descriptions of "hot" and "cute" women, this is my own opinion

i agree with wolves on this one...cute girls do have that hidden thing about them. I find that cute girls have more substance to them you know they are more real like and treat guys like people and not accessories to enhance security like some other girls do. Personally I go for the hot girls with personality. you would be surprised how far a leather jacket and charisma goes :mellow:

I would have to say cute girls, i wouldnt care if they were hot or not but just is already fine with me. And like "Master time" just stated above, cute girls do have better personalities then hot girls.

I shy away from the traditional 'hot' girls, because they tend to be cruel. My idea of hot is often what others would consider cute, so... There ya go. :br:

My friends, there exist a rare type of girl that is both cute and hot, I actually know one and apparently shes rich. Bad news is that they like mature guys and aren't wooned very easily.oh by the way I like both if I didn't make that clear. :milo:

Most usually the cute girls will be the better option from my experience. When you get with a hot girl they think they can whore around and do whatever. Usually they are ditsy and don't know squat. Cute girls on the other hand can have a wild side that is good for you and not other guys. I'd rather have a cute girl with the wild side for me. I like innocent but not so innocent that they seem sheltered.
