Yeah. Rent, don't buy. It's way too easy to beat once you get used to it.I've been hearing a lot of good things about this game. I might have to rent it and give it a try.

God of War is one of those games that just makes anyone feel better when they're angry. I feel better when I rip heads off of medusas.

This game is one of my all time favorite game for the PS2. Great stress releaver. And GOWII just made it even better! The new abilities and combo's that be done...indescribibly good. Thenewguy15

Fun game, one of the better hack and slashers out there.....could use a bit more RPG elements though IMO.

i really like the game in the beggining,but then al the masacre and blood gets to repetitive and i grow bored of it...surely i play it to one to another ocassion but not to regular.

i thought it was definitely one of the best games to ever come out for the ps2. The graphics were stellar and the combat system was so fluid and easy to pick up. it could have been twice as long and i would have been happier. the challenge of the gods was a fun addition though i still haven't been able to beat the last few challenges. oh, and the bonus videos were all rather cool

I think this game is awesome. Both PS2 iterations were really addictive (though short) action games. The second one has all kinds of even better action-packed sequences (I like the Pegasus ones the best). One can only hope that the PSP version will get all the visceral action of the series.

I still want to try this game out.I saw the trailer to the new PSP one coming out and I was like wow..then the PS2 versions must be even better!

This is actually one of the best games i've played. but once you've finished it, you dont want to play it again
