Legend of mana is a heavy contender in this category, still a great game though but the last boss takes about 5% of my max hp with each hit but you can simply wait in a corner until your hp replenishes itself and go to another corner when the boss gets too near.

probably either the 3rd Ratchet and Clank or Final Fantasy Mystic Quest...Final Fantasy 10 and its easy sphere grid make a close 3rd.

alo and Halo 2 beat it in 2 hrs and then i beat it in every difficultys (co-op and single player)

Anything "Splinter Cell"..Those games are just too easy

Oh, my god! I must suck! I can't even beat the first Splinter Cell. As for easiest game, it would be, "Ed, Edd, and Eddy" it was fun while it lasted though. More stages would have helped the easiest for it.
