It certainly lives up to the paper mario genre in my opinion.Its a good game definately worth buying.

About the secind funnest game i have ever playedI'm looking for a new game to buy for my gamecube, and this one looked like a good one to buy. Does anyone have any opinions of it before I buy it? As in, does anyone think it is good/not good?Thanks

Paper Mario was good, but there are better games. If you haven't already, try Animal Crossing.

It's a cool game, just like it's predecessors. And although the plot is extremely corny and similar to it's parents, it's still cool. It also takes the random 2D characters to the limit, like turning sideways to go through small gaps... Great game.

It was fun and all, but for some reason, I liked the first one more.Like some of you said, there are a bit too many features that make it complicated/difficult/time-consuming/OMGisuckatflying/etcOne thing I really hated about it, though. **SPOILER ALERT**You know near the end of the game, when the possessed Peach asks you to become her slave for eternity or whatever?Without really thinking, I press 'Yes', and then it was game over. And I didn't save in like, the longest time T_T

It was a great game, lots of fun. And very cute too!I enjoyed Paper Mario 64 more though.

I would say definatly buy it. I was surprised by how deep it really was. But some of the dungeons can stop you quick. I needed a guide for most of the game.

I thought the game is pretty good. you should get it for sure.i didn't know it was a sequel to paper mario for n64, i thought it was the first in the series.i never had an n64 though so can you blame me?

Yes. I've beaten it 3 times (completely) and I still want to play it. (I wait a couple of days though, to get the "enthusiam" up)But, yeah it's definetly worth it.

Paper Mario is one of the few games in the gamecube that I still remember playing. It was also the first game that my daughter got so excited about that she was willing to sit through extended playing sessions just to observe and see what was going to happen next.

I love this game. The final boss is very hard to beat, but the journey to get to the boss is very exciting. I would give it 9.7/10.

Being my first Paper Mario game, it was a blast. Nice characters, battles, locations, and items. Still haven't played the others yet.

I personally felt a little disappointed in Super Paper Mario after this one, Super Paper Mario was fun, and the games are hardly similar, but I think another RPG Paper Mario should have come out instead myself.I'm playing through it again, actually. TTYD I mean. I'd have to say Vivian is my favorite party member.
