I agree with 2hot4you, battlefield 2 all the way. It has the best online mode.

Lets think, Half Life 2 due to it's the only one i've played on that list of yours. but it's a one sided view, my opinion though.

I'm going to have to go with the classics; doom and doom 2. They set the standard for every game after them, and there isn't a single FPS out there that doesn't owe something to Doom. It's also one of the few shooters that I can stand to play more than once.

I actually Liked Quake 4 due its visual appeal and easy to use game play. I am happy with a game that can deliver nice story and easy directions and paths that I know I can win at.

I liked far cry a lot, but i also liked hl2...and q4, d3...haha. Never played bf2 though.

I don't know those games... but I can tell u that the best shooter pc games is DOOM! (doom 1)or maybe quake (quake 1), no,no... the best one is... BLOOD!(sorry if i -in anyway- offended anyone)

DUDE i mean Half Life 2 totally... not just because of the graphics and the amazing innovation and storyline... BUT THE ENGINE!!! From the Source Engine, we have been graced with Day of Defeat and Counter Strike! AND GARRY'S MOD!!! if you have never heard of garry's mod, google it. your life will change forever.

I'm gonna say HL 2 cause I also play source, and it is really fun. You can also run it on very high fps without a top of the line system. Without a great framerate and no lag you are at a large disadvantage in fps.Edit: Yup, it was a mistake

HALF-LIFE 2!I dont like battlefield 2 because it "doesnt live up to the hipe." I own all of these but doom 3, and i must say that hl2 is the best no, one of the greatest shooters ever, and besides a new expansion pack is on the way.Oh, and warr, notice that halo 2 is not on the pc yet. maybe you meant half-life 2?
