hmmm tough question....i'd say Ayame from tenchu cause she's so fiesty, The 2 chicks from Fatal Frame 2 cause i just got so attached to them during gameplay, everyone loves lara croft, and rikku from ff x cause shes just a cutey

You all suck unless any of you agreed with me or vice versa No matter what consoles come out or what games no matter how good the graphics are if it makes them look more realalistic Chun Li is the hottist female character i've been saying it since i was 5 and im 17 now but im still going to say it till im dead and nothing will ever change my mind

rikku the sexiest frm ffx.Uhm...yeah.Tira from Soul Calibur III. She kills/hurts people for enjoyment, has a cool voice, and is mad hot. Her outfit is green, one of my favorite colors.I also liked Yuna a lot. She was silly, which entertained me. But not so silly she was annoying, she could be serious when needed. So I enjoyed her a lot.

Lili from Tekken, cause she hot and reminds me of Paris or BarbieAya from Oneechanbara, cause she wears a bikini and cowboy hat and chops up zombies. and even gets covered in blood. I also like her little sister Saki, she wear a school girl outfit and has pigtails. Jennifer from Rule of Rose, cause shes SOOO effin weak. Shes the most frail girl in a game, EVERand I guess umm...I like Bulletta (B B Hood) from Darkstalkers. Shes cute, and uses guns and has blonde hair.

My absolute favorite female character from any game has to be Ayame from the Tenchu: Stealth Assassins series. She's a unique character, and easy on the eyes, too.
