It's a tie between Tifa, classic street fighter Chun li, Reiko (Ridge racer 4), and Maria from Castlevania SOTN. LOL this is indeed a surreal topic....I forgot to mention Eva from Metal gear snake eater. She rocks whether she is sleeping, shooting, driving, or being in bed. LOL great indeed!

my favorite female was talem. She was always reliable when i needed to send a message to somebody who thought they could beat me. If i had to pick a second favorite i would have tobe Cassandra hands downUhm...yeah.Tira from Soul Calibur III. She kills/hurts people for enjoyment, has a cool voice, and is mad hot. Her outfit is green, one of my favorite colors.I also liked Yuna a lot. She was silly, which entertained me. But not so silly she was annoying, she could be serious when needed. So I enjoyed her a lot.
