I have 3.40 oe-a but since they hacked the psp slim 3.60 firmware im probly going to upgrade to 3.60 m33 (when they make it)

I don't understand your question.There are basically two ways to update. Download and install the official Sony firmware, or install a custom firmware that gives you all the abilities of the official firmwares, plus some added bonuses coded by certain devs.can you update it with any software?
