I'll have to agree with most people and say the 2D Metroid games, but Metroid Prime is a great series nonetheless.

Wait do Lugia and Ho-oh count? Well if they do then Lugia, and if they don't, then Articuno since it has a nice design and I love ice Pokemon.

I would absolutely love to see a Powered Up version of Megaman 2 and 3. They are perfection in gaming, and with all the great extras in Megaman Powered Up like the level maker, playing as the Robot Masters, uploading your stages for people to download, extra downloadables like Roll, and the little bonus games, it would make two of the best games of all time even better. Other than that I would like to see a remake of Legend of Dragoon so that people could experience one of the best RPGs of all time.

I love Cactuars and Tonberrys from Final Fantasy. They have strange, but adorable looks to them, and strange attacks. I would also include Cid since he's in every FF game since II and he's always so cool, and lastly the Slimes from Dragon Quest.

Well they could always do something like this. Have you start in Kanto and choose one of the starter pokemon from there, then catch first generation pokemon and go through all the gyms and the such, then you could move to Johto by boat, have all those Kanto pokemon locked up in a Kanto only PC. You then pick a Johto starter, catch second generation pokemon, go through the Johto gyms and eventually the Elite 4, then to Hoenn and the cycle would repeat. The after Sinnoh's Elite 4 are taken down you have acess to all your old pokemon from the 4 areas, inlcuding a new island like the Battle Frontier. You would also have some sort of transportation to travel between the areas like a boat or something.
