I tired of this game quickly. Combat is repetitive, and the pacing is too slow. The story isn't nearly as compelling at Star Ocean 3, either. At least, not as far into it as I've gotten. Also, save points are too far apart. I've several times lost about an hour's work because I couldn't get to my potions quickly enough, and had to restart from a save point long, long ago ...

I thoroughly enjoyed it, but it's too short. Very well presented, though.

Megaman has basically been a let down on the PS2. X4 is my favorite. Zero had an incredible move set in that one.

Have it and currently in love with it. The game is fantastic.And yes, the first few colossi are easy. Ramps up, though. Superb game!Buy it, buy it, buy it, buy it!!Don't rent. This game is a keeper and totally worth every penny. The feeling of satisfaction you get from taking down each of the 16 colossi -- even the easy ones -- is wonderful. The colossi are ungodly cool and the game is one of the most original titles I've ever played. Definitely one of the best games in my collection, which points for both originality and entertainment value. Bloody fantastic!!
