Out of the blue I was thinking of the net communities I used to frequent, and in popped DGemu (didn't even have google-fu the name).

How I remember you! At first, I commented lightly in debates for download points, but quite frankly, I stopped downloading roms altogether. I stuck around because I was a big Nietzsche9 fan. My writing sucked (it still sucks) so I played around in debates to improve myself. Despite the debates section being my fondest memories, I wasn't limited to debates. I wandered into all the discussions. I was quite the geek. Minus the super technical, I was interested in nearly all boards. If we're going by modern netizen terminology, I was a hardcore semi-lurker. I lurked HARD. Test next day in class with test score avrg D? DGemu and WoW. All the damn time. It's a damn miracle I got into the college of my choice because of you b*****ds (don't know the profanity rules though I'll be checking in a second)! So in this college of my choice, I sit wondering what my account was. Password incorrectx5.. Heh.

I jump into my old (now trash) email (hotmail.. eck), and search for DGemu. Nostalgia ensued. Evidently, I was deleted permanently for inactivity. I don't blame dgemu, but I do lament the loss of my join date, the meager rep I acquired and post count I slowly bumped up. [linky] Google cache saved my page, and if anyone remembers (though I don't expect anyone to), I was popprs. Hello to those who knew me and those who didn't. TBH, and to reiterate lest anyone accuse me of an inflated view of my prepubescent writing, I don't expect anyone to remember me.

It's kind of nice to be back. The forums have always been my personal zen space. I'd come home and pop on dgemu while eating a pb&j and widdle away the hours I was suppose to be studying. You were a friend, DGemu.

Coger. What the hell are you talking about. Less words make more sense? I'm not a child, if i wanna fully explain or justify my thoughts on the matter, then i will. I don't see why you have a problem with what i said. It was an honest post, i'm not making any of it up just to sound cool. Besides, why are you here? That's cool. And, this is worthy of my approval. Seriously, i'm glad you're willing to help forgive others, and maybe yourself for mistakes made in the past. Granted. I probably shouldn't intervene as much, considering i haven't been here long enough to know what originally happened. But, i feel it's always best for someone like me to step in, and tip their hand. I hope during all that time, i never once upset you with what i said, or suggested. Tbh i have kind of a sharp tongue, and when it comes to a clash of words. I can usually lash out just as hard as the one making the argument. It's probably easier for me to accept this thread, since I've only known you for a few months. And, i know why you're doing this. You wanna make amends, i can respect that. As far as the notorious PM'er. I have no idea. Someone apparently took quite an interest in you right away. IRL a good majority of us are probably all nice people. In a sense, this social network is our second life. We can either act as we normally would, or we can act indifferent towards each other in certain situations, because who cares, right? Were all online, and miles apart. I'm not gonna say a lot of what's been said about you is civil, hell. Like you said, it's downright slander. I'm not sure i would know anything about what's going on in your head, but i can only imagine that you believe something good can come from this, it's not a problem that you want people to remember you only for good things. I'm not even sure how people view me here. Rep doesn't mean anything here. I bought a good portion of mine. Negging you, is probably just a way to put you in an unwelcoming category of people. I mean Coger also has -100. You were negging random posts?!... lol. The only reason i believe you're being negged. Is because it affects you. Sure I've made a few terrible posts here, but luckily I've made some that are halfway decent. So it balances out. No. I don't think you made a negitive impact, not on the site at least. Everyone complains about ****, either something we can't comprehend, something we don't agree with, or just something unreasonable. So it's all good by me, you're forgiven.

To be honest, Pan is the only one who really doesn't like you. The rest of us hate you only as much as we hate each other.
( We've banned lots of people before so this probably wouldn't affect the community at all. Just sayin' )
