It depends whether you mean in terms of the structure of the anime or the general all round franchise of the individual seriesPersonally I prefer the Digimon Anime, but can't resist picking up one of the games, where as recent pokemon anime series are so legnthy with waaaaaaaay to many filler episodes.But Digimon World I think is a pile of crap to be quite honest, It's good for a while, but has barely any storyline whatsohever.
