Yu-Gi-Oh 7 Trials to Glory World Championship Tournament 2005: Reviews

When at first you don't succed try-try agian, I have played many Yu-gi-Oh games like this before and this one wasn't as bad but also was not as good ether. Now before I get towards this games goods and bads, another YU-GI game that I'v played was the 2004 championship one. Not getting off point but in that game you start with a basic deck, dueling the same people, unlocking some characters untill you have every character and a couple of diffrent decks, boring. However the points I'll talk about in the Yu-Gi-Oh 7 Trials to Glory game is this:

Graphics:7/10
-the grapics have become a little better but they are the same as other Yu-Gi games except for the start off ones.

Sound:5/10
-at first the sound was diffrent and made me come back for more, however after a while I wish the music would just turn off or at least have some new gaming music at least!

Characters:4/10
-it's ok to go against the main people in the game, and the funny part about this game was the fact I could actually duel the dogs and cats on ther, how is that possible? But seriously the other unimportant characters could have been giving more thought, for instance more people with unique dueling decks not stupidly weak ones. The main characters don't need all that attention add-more-characters for god sake. What also amazed me a little was that the fact that Kaiba does smile in one part of the game, I was shocked because he rarely smiles about anything.

Storyline:2/10
-to me ther really wasn't one except just to duel at day time and sleep at night defeat everyone. If you just have a game that only involves dueling towards the top that game itself won't becaome as successful.

Dislikes and likes:
-despite its little or no storyline and annoying music this game is actually good for passing the time away if your really bored and have no other better games. The diffrent dates before dueling adds some fun because your expected to play at your best and you will go up the latter if you do well. However do not and I mean do not play this game as much or within a week you'll become board and dissapointed.
