This was actually the first Fire Emblem game I've played, and one of the best. I still enjoy playing today(I got it a few days after release). One of the best parts, in my oppinion, is being able to chose your next class. This was never added to any other FE game (they got rid of it in POR and GOD, for some reason). This added new classes, and got rid of a few as well. The World Map made this game a bit easier, as monsters in the tower or ruins drop good items that sell for quite a bit of money, as well as gave your lower lvls experience to class change. The battle scenes are very good as well, seeing a critical blow is amazing, and the special abilities make the game interesting; some classes have the opportunity to change into a special ability class with the same(or fewer) weapons, or a class with a new weapon. The final chapters make up most of the story, but they're amazing at that. Though it only has 21 chapters, I find it much more entertaining than the first. I reccomend it to Fire Emblem newcomers and veterans alike.
