This game "Shrek Smash n Crash Racing" is another game that "Shrek" movie lovers might want to try, but if youy are expecting a great graphics, presentation, and sound...this unfortunately might not reach your expectations.

General Information:
This game is basically base upon racing, in which you can choose a variety of racing types. However, the plot is very awkward and may seems to be confusing at some point. From the start of the game, you can choose a wide range of characters mostly from the movie "Shrek 2". The characters consist of Shrek, Puss in Boots, Princess Fiona, etc. (The unlockable character is Red Riding Hoot). You can also choose your vehicles, but the most obvious negative point of this game is that the vehicle is so small that the chracter appears vaguely on the screen.
The goal of this game is similar to other racing games. You can collect items as you race along the tracks and use "powerups" against your opponents. Items consist of speed booster, missiles, opponent speed-decreaser.

Graphics:
Overall, the graphics does not meet the standard of a "good" racing game. The characters are vaguely visible since the vehicle is already small. But the scenes have interesting designs and a fairly good details. 5/10

Music and Sound Effects:
The background music in some parts are actually nice-listening and enjoyable. But the bad thing is the sound effects, which can be really irritating and disrupting sometimes. 6.5/10

Gameplay:
For me. the racing game is "too" fast....and it is also quite hard to control the vehicles. But the good thing is that there is a variety of races that you can choose from. 5/10

Overall, this game might have been the best Shek racing GBA game ever, but it is definitely not one of the greatest racing game that would meet your expectations. Nevertheless, this game is an easy, unstressful, relaxing game that you may choose to play.
