This game is absolutely recommended... If you're a Spider-Man's fan or if you like this kind of platform games. But there are still some characteristics about the game that make it fun.

Story: 8
Obviously, the story is just like the movie's story, but it has some changes to make it a new experience. Basically it's about Peter Parker and how he has managed to control his powers and become a hero, suddenly he faces some problems and then he encounters Sandman, Green Goblin and the many enemies in the game.

Graphics: 8
The graphics are pretty fine, they really use the full power of the GBA, and it mixes some elements in 3D with elements in 2D, which in some cases doesn't look good. The characters have no faces, this may be basically because the camera is not very well zoomed and the buildings and background images and scenarios are more detailed a this point.

Sound: 7

The music is good, but not too much, and you'll forget your hearing it when you start playing. Maybe you'll get bored with the background music, because at one point it gets very boring, and it makes playing the game something tedious. Some sounds, like things breaking or Spider-Man's web swings do sound well.

Gameplay: 8
Gameplay is good, but it could be better. It has many things you have already seen if you have played Spider-Man games before: Finding objects inside buildings, rescuing people from buildings or places, etc. I don't like this things, personally, they're boring to me, but I do like boss fights and fighting burglars or criminals on the streets. These king of things make the game actually fun, despite some stages may seem boring.

Conclusion

As i said, if you're a Spider-Man fan (just as me) you'll like this game, it has many things you'll like, but maybe if you're not a fan you'll hate this game. Though, it's good to give it a chance and it may result on a fun game for you, whether you're a fan or not.
