Robopon is an interesting concept. Riding on the Pokemon craze, this is a game where you use different parts to create a large variety of robots that you use to battle. It also has the strange ability to link through infrared structuring on the game pak with a TV remote to utilize your TV's speakers.

Graphics-7/10
The graphics are actually pretty dang nice. The robots have an awesome look and the sprites are nice and clean. Its surprising use in diverse colors is nice as well.

Sound-7/10
There is some nice tunes and battle sound effects. Most of it is very original.

Fun Factor-8/10
If you love Pokemon, you'll love Robopon. In some aspects Robopon actually excels past Pokemon. There is deeper customization to be found and its always fun to dink around with your robots to make it really feel like your own.

Overall-8/10
Robopon is definitely worth a look. Pokemon lovers will feel right at home and newcomers will get a kick out of accessibility.
