The newest edition of the pokemon games saga Pokemon Pearl!! I give Pearl a 10+ with Daimond it makes 20+.The journey starts with you the pokemon trianer watching TV in futuba town where a Red gyarados appears in a lake on the pokenews, as you go to check it out you bump into Professor Nanakamado & your rivals from here you get to choose from 3 starter pokemon Naeturo(The Grass Turtle)Hikozaru(The Fire Monkey)& Pocchama(The water pinguin)The twist is that all 3 starters are super effective against each other when they evolve!! so if you pick The Grass Turtle (later in evolution gains a ground type)& your Rival picks The Fire Monkey(later in evolution gains fighting type) The turtles Ground type will effect monkeys Fire type & the monkeys Fire type will effect Turtles Grass type, also your other Rival..(Yes! there are two Rivals!!) will pick The Water Pinguin(later in evolution gains steel type) Which means they all have a weakness to to each other.

GRAPHICS
The graphics are new & improved with 3 D attack moves they look like there coming out of the screen dont worry it wont hit you.The buildings are also 3 D so you can see the sides of the buildings but you cant spin around them & go round back.New pokemon Sprites are avaliable & the pokemon move when they are taken out of the poke ball like Emerald.you can use the touch screen feature where you can choose a move,dress up your pokemon in the new super contest,check the summary of the pokemon & heaps of other things to do in the pokemon world.
Graphics I give a 10.

SOUND
The sound is also new & improved with new pokemon cries,new theme music & everything NEW!!!The battle music sounds better than ever as well as the attacks when the pokemon hits its target it sounds like it really hit the pokemon.With the DS mic you can record your own voice & use it in a pokemon move call blabber which confuses the foe with your own voice or sound like you all ready do in real life.
The sound I give it a 9.5 could have made the pokemon say there name instead of that noise the pokemon make when chosen.

GAME PLAY
The game play has change abit since the last game choose one of three starter pokemon go through towns beating gyms in each towns while raising your pokemon through levels so the evolve & learn powerful moves.Then after all that the elite 4 comes up beat them & the game continues.catch all the pokemon in the pokedex you know the normal pokemon game experience.The Pokemon Contest have made a return to Diamond & pearl has also changed with 2 new judging halls one is pokemon dancing & the other is dressing up the other is the old one from emarld.
The game play I give a 10.
