Custom robo arena is a fabulous game, once u get past the language barrier. If your like me then you just couldn't wait for the english release, this game is still worth playing. the graphics are to be expected and are actually quite nice during the battle sequences. when roaming around they are a little bit bland almost pokemonish not a bad thing though. The sound is spot on and teh music is well suited whether your battling or just roaming around the school. Now the good part the gameplay. Its all you could expect and more, the level of customization is beyond my wildest dreams and the battles are furiously intense and quite fast paced. It is also palyable over WIFI yes you read correctly custom robo arena internet multiplayer. Yes its as fun as it sounds, how cool is that everyone's custom robo fighting in a world wide arena dueling for the top spot. The only downside i could find was the story and how the battles are initiated during single player, it seems weird and gimmicky going to school to battle robots???? i could be completely wrong because i don't speak a lick of japanese but from what i could tell you wake up after a cool dreak fight sequence then go downstaris and ?? eat breakfast while your parents tell you about your robot?? how weird is that, anyway after pressing b feverishly you can skip all that mumbo jummbo and get into the meat of the game. I score this game overall 8 out of 10 based on the fact that it takes a while to get in to the battles and the story is lame from what I could tell and a seeming lack of touchscreen control. great game though and very much worth a try.
