First, let me start with stating some facts: I love the Sims game so for me to give this game sucha a low grade is surprising even to me. If you don't want to keep reading I can tell you right now that this game isn't worth the money so don't get it eventhough you're a Sims-fan.

Luckily I didn't buy my copy but borrowed it from a friend. Played for maybe three straight hours and haven't picked it up since.
In this game you're creating a Sim that's going to be a Vet - your home is your clinic and you have your own dog or cat. There's not many hairs, colors, clothes, faces to choose from which is a big minus in my opinion.

Once you've treated your five first patient, you soon learn that it doesn't get any more exciting then that. You can train your patients, as well as your own pet, to do tricks such as talk and play dead (somewhat like the PC version, only here you use the touch screen to whistle, the different whistles learns them a new trick).

It's hard to redecorate the house, cooking the Sim food is a hassle in it's own - you pick ingredients and use the stylus and the touchscreen to control the pan. Food burns easily! She gets tired very easily, needs the bathroom and the shower very often. Stepping outside the house soon has your Sim smelling and she wants to go home, so social you get easiest from the pets.

The graphics are ok, though the Sims' faces look a bit weird to me. They are Sim-like, and for the DS they are ok but not exactly top of the line. There are prettier games out there.

Don't get this, I can more or less promise you that it'll bore you very quickly and it's a waste of money.
